Welcome to WOSIB Lives!
Our beginnings ......
On April 15 2009, after 9 wonderful years in existence, the Internet group known as Women of Strength and Inner Beauty closed its doors with very little warning to its dedicated members. After the initial shock, a number of members of the old group decided to start a new group with the same aims and ethos as the old WOSIB. Over a year on, the group is still going, with members from the old group and new members too. There have been changes - Jill, Gemmy and Selena, the founders of the new WOSIB Lives, have decided to take a back seat and hand over the reins to Kat and Dianne - but much is unchanged : the Gardens are still the same and many are still run by members from the original group who have brought years of experience to WOSIBLives.
