Do you love animals? Whether your home is full of domestic pets, you devote your time to helping wild creatures, or just wish you could have pets but circumstances don’t permit, Critters Garden is the garden for you. Members of this garden share their love of animals in many ways, just chatting on the group, making gifts, joining in assignments and online games and also through our Rainbow Bridge section.
The following are the rules for the Critters Garden.
- You must be a member of WOSIB Lives before joining this or any other garden.
- Graphic and website experience are a plus but not an essential for this garden – if all you can do is chat online and reply to emails, as long as you love animals then this is still the garden for you. Assignments will vary for this reason.
- Please abide by copyright laws. We copyright our creations on behalf of you and WOSIB Lives and we expect you to respect other peoples’ copyright. If you use someone else’s work in any way in Critters’ Garden you must have the original creator’s permission and you must clearly state its source on the design or web set.
- You must complete appropriate assignments as set - if you have a good reason for not doing so, please contact the Garden Head *before* the end of the time set for the assignment! Garden members who persistently fail to complete assignments without notice and persist in ignoring reminders will be removed from the garden.
- If you know in advance that you will be unable to participate in this garden and its assignments for more than just a few days you need to fill out a LOA form and must be on LOA throughout all gardens.
Our Rainbow Bridge section is a very important part of Critters Garden and it is where we offer support to all WOSIB Lives members on the sad occasions when they have to say goodbye to a beloved animal companion by making tribute pages and memorial graphics for them. Pagemakers are always needed for Rainbow Bridge so if you have html experience please volunteer your services.
